Researchers have shown that Omega 3 fish oil is effective in treating mental disorders. The tests were conducted on several people who had a great potential of becoming psychotic. However after the patients were administered fish oil the results were visible that it reduced the risk of the patients of becoming psychotic .Omega 3 fish oil comprises of polyunsaturated fatty acids which prevents cardiovascular diseases. Various tests have confirmed that fish oil has helped individuals with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. There has been a marked improvement in their condition since the time they have started consuming fish oil. However it is important that you buy good quality fish oil as the cheaper varieties are often made with olive oil with a little quantity of fish oil.

It is a common misconception that you develop heart disease symptoms when you suffer from any kind of heart disease.
